Stage 3

It is a great feeling to be able to watch a band at a festival who is either up and coming or better still, without a record label, and who totally blows you away. Stage 3 is dedicated in providing bands like that all wekend and showcases outstanding unsigned talent selected by the team at Liveclub.

2003 saw a whole host of new acts give stage 1 and 2 a run for their money including the impressive Vega 4, Draven, Slam Cartell, Bernard, Smashing Time, Big Wednesday and Cinder to name a few from an outstanding selection.

Vega 4
Stage 3 is the busiest of all 3 stages, it showcases more acts than any of the others. It has also been running the popular turn up and play on the day section for acts on Saturday and Sunday. This allows bands to turn up and get 15 minutes of stage time. They simply need to turn up early on the day and put down their details to get a slot allotted to them. This is so popular that a strict first come first served basis applies.

Stage Manager
Justin has been running stage 3 for many years now helping to showcase unsigned and up and coming talent. The popularity of the stage is a great compliment to a guy who has dedicated much of his time (and that of a very supporting wife Eva) to promoting local acts as well as those from around the UK.

Top Notch Crew
Stage 3 also benefits from having a superb crew to ensure the acts sound as good as those on the Main Stage. Wilf and his team of engineers work tirelessly all weekend and well after the last festival goer has gone home to make each act’s set feel special.
